| | | |  | Marc Beer, Chairman of the Supervisory Board Marc Beer joined ViaCell as Chief Executive Officer in April 2000. He developed this cell company through private and public financing before organizing its acquisition by PerkinElmer. Prior to ViaCell, he was a senior manager at Genzyme for four years and most recently, serving in the role of Vice President of Global Marketing for Genzyme Therapeutics. Previous to Genzyme, Mr. Beer was with the BioStar Company and Abbott Laboratories. Marc Beer has more than 20 years of experience in P&L management, sales and marketing management, and R&D program management in therapeutic, surgical, and in vitro diagnostic systems businesses. |  | Bernard Daugeras
Co-founder Chairman of the Board of Auriga Partners, Bernard is an expert in Life Sciences and was behind successful investments such as BioAlliance Pharma (EuroNext : BIO), NicOx (EuroNext : COX). He is a member of the French Academy of Technologies. Bernard began his career doing research into particle physics at the University of Orsay, the University of California at Berkeley, and CNRS, the French national scientific research center. He subsequently held senior posts at the French Ministry of Industry and Research, where he was in charge of promoting technology transfer from research institutions and of optimizing relations between Research and Industry. After 4 years in the Crédit Lyonnais setting up the bank's Venture Capital arm, he joined Finovelec in 1990. Bernard is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and has a PhD from the University of Orsay. |  | Florian Reinaud
Florian Reinaud holds holds a BA (hons) from Oxford University and a medical degree from Imperial College School of Medicine, London UK. Dr. Reinaud is general partner of CDC Innovation, Paris, which he joined in 2008. Previously he joined DBV Technologies as the Company’s first Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to this, he worked during 4 years at Apax Partners where he advised on and executed both venture and late stage investments in the healthcare field. From 2001 to 2003, Dr. Reinaud worked as an analyst with Schroder Salomon Smith Barney (Citigroup). |  | Thibaut Roulon
From 1998 to 2001, Thibaut Roulon pursued his doctoral studies at the Laboratoire de Biophysique du Museum National d'Histoire Naturelle, where he developed a new method for DNA labelling. From 2002 to 2004, he worked as a scientist at Anosys Inc. (Menlo Park, CA, USA), where he was involved in both the launch of a phase II clinical trial and the development of a technology platform. He joined Bioam in 2005 as Analyst. Thibaut Roulon is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Paris and holds a Ph.D. from the Université Pierre et Marie Curie. |  | Marc Lemaire Marc Lemaire is currently AIR LIQUIDE R&D Healthcare Program Director. Marc Lemaire is graduated as Medical Doctor (1984), awarded in Immunology (Pasteur Institute 1985) and in Hepatology-Gastro-Enterology (1986). Previously, he was in charge of different departments from R&D (Hoechst) to Marketing (Parke-Davis-Pfizer). He joined Air Liquide 10 years ago as Medical and Regulatory Affairs Director and since 2005, he is R&D Healthcare Program Director. |  | Glenn Richard Glenn Richard holds a DESS (post-graduate professional degree) in Financial Instruments and a master's degree in Financial Engineering from ESF (engineering school in Cergy-Pontoise). After gaining initial experience in international financing in industry, he joined AXA Private Equity in 2000. |  | Michel Delaage Michel Delaage is graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique. He is doctor of Sciences (Biochemistry), and was CNRS researcher and professor at the University Aix-Marseille II, until 1982. After, he founded, with Antoine Beret, the company Immunotech (self growth), enriched its shareholders, before being integrated in a large American group. In 1998, Michel Delaage helped found Trophos, a research company for treating neurodegenerative diseases, and he staid the scientific director until the end of 2002. He is a member of the Académie des Technologies. |
