Clinical Trial PIIb Project

Crohn's and Tr1 cells PIIb Study Project

This study will help us to refine Tr1 cell administration parameters and to evaluate the safety/efficacy of our product in patients with chronic active Crohn's disease in comparison to controlled groups.
The results of the Phase I/IIa will provide us relevant data to select the doses and regimens that will be used in the Phase IIb, randomized, controlled, confirmatory trial.
This clinical trial will be conducted in Europe.
This study will be submitted to the European Medicines Agency (EMA) mid 2011.
