Partners & Business Development

TxCell is developing an effective portfolio that covers key products and technologies, in alignment with its business objectives. TxCell's business development strategy is to develop its portfolio through partnership agreements with biotechnology pharmaceutical companies. Business development is focused on the following main areas:

Out-Licensing and Co-Development opportunities
TxCell will out-license or partner its pipeline globally or by medical indication.

• OvaSave®: Autologous cell therapy antigen-specific type 1 T regulatory lymphocytes (Tr1) for treating IBD (Crohn's disease and Ulcerative Colitis).

• TX-RAD: Autologous cell therapy antigen-specific type 1 T regulatory lymphocytes (Tr1) for treating Rheumatoid Arthritis disease.

TxCell believes that transforming the treatment of autoimmune diseases will benefit patients and create value. TxCell's business strategy is to develop products that are well-tolerated, provide clinical benefit and address unmet medical needs.
This strategy will permit to maximize the time to market and lead autologous cellular immunotherapies.

TxCell is ready to discuss its autologous cellular immunotherapy potential. TxCell technology could be adapted and optimized to develop treatments which would cover other therapeutic areas.

In-Licensing and Co-Development opportunities
TxCell is interested in cell culture methods and markers.

• TxCell is interested in all methods of improving of ex-vivo cell cultures, especially T lymphocytes, including selection, expansion, purification and formulation.

TxCell is also interested in any marker of T cell activation and T cell regulation.

• TxCell is also interested in any marker of the following diseases: Crohn, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and also in new markers of inflammation.

TxCell has several accademic collaborations for its development programs with the following institutes:

- Universities and Hospitals of Paris, Nice, Lille and Montpellier in France
- French Blood Establishment (EFS) focus on manufacturing logistics
- INSERM
