TX-RAD

TX-RAD is a new investigational product which is in the preclinical development stage to treat Rheumatoid Arthritis,  planned to represent an expanded population of autologous antigen-specific Tr1 lymphocytes.
TX-RAD treatment will be an infusion bag containing autologous anti-joint Tr1 cells which will be produced thanks to TxCell's manufacturing process. The expanded population of autologous Tr1 cell clones will be injected intravenously in the patient.
TX-RAD will have to be administered to patients in a period of active inflammation.

As an autologous cellular therapy, TX-RAD Tr1 cell treatment will reflect a more physiologic mechanism of action against inflammation compared to pharmaceutical compounds (anti-TNF and other targets) due to a more physiologic migration, activation and effector functions.

Product

Concept

 TX-RAD
is an investigational product in a new class of  autologous  cellular  immunotherapy that is uniquely designed  to regulate  the patient's  own immune  system.

TX-RAD holds promise because it may provide patients with  meaningful  clinical  benefits with low toxicity.

Indications

 Chronic Inflammatory Joint Diseases:
 - Rheumatoid arthritis
 - Juvenile arthritis
